Craft Fair set up
Helpers needed to set up for the Craft Fair the following week. If you are able please just turn up at the hall.
There are tables and chairs to put out, and books / CDs to put out in the committee room.
The more of us there are the quicker a job it is.
Fairs at Grampound Village Hall are fundraisers for the hall and recreation ground. There is usually a small fee for entry. Fairs are also an opportunity for local traders to sell.
The hall has no external source of funding for its running costs or maintenance and is very grateful to all the volunteers and traders who help run the fairs ... so come along and shop local.
Car parking may be limited especially if there is a football or bowls match on the same day so please consider sharing a lift or using public transport.
