New ship

The ship builders have visited the playground in Grampound and installed a pirate ship equipped with a Cornish flag.

Mike and Adam of Active Garden arrived early this morning and got to work in lovely sunshine. It is now open for all to use - please note, it is designed for younger pirates and shipmates. It has a climbing net, a climbing wall, and a slide. It also has a deck area for shouting 'Ahoy' from.

Thanks to Leanne, Cat, and Charlotte for the design and to Obie for removing the previous play equipment from the site.

The ship arrived on a trailer. Here is the Cornish Flag being proudly carried to the site.
